Get your listing
Most local businesses are already in Doolf as unclaimed listings. Find yours and claim it, or add a new business if it is not there. Then add photos, hours and contact details.
- Claiming is free and makes you the owner once we confirm the business is yours
- Add up to three keyword tags so people find the right kind of place
- Add managers and staff by email, each with only the access their role needs
Pick a template and post a deal
Choose a plan, then start from a template: happy hour, slow-day special, first visit, buy one get one, limited quantity, dollars off, free item or a weekly special. Fill in a few blanks and see exactly what customers will see.
- Run a deal only on certain days and hours, like Tuesdays 3–6 pm
- Weekly deals can repeat with no end date on plans that include it
- Cap how many customers can use it, per deal or per day, and let it renew automatically

Common questions
Is there a commission on sales?
No. You pay a flat subscription for your plan. Doolf does not take a share of customer spending.
How many deals can I run?
That depends on your plan. Your dashboard shows how many deal slots you have used and how long a deal may run.
Does my staff need a Doolf account?
Yes, but there is no password to share. Add them by email as staff for scanning only, or as managers who can also run deals. Only owners manage the plan.
Who brings the customers?
You do, with help from Doolf. Put your QR sticker where customers already are. People who scan it can redeem your deals, and nearby people can find you in search.
