Put Doolf on your phone

Add the icon to your Home Screen and turn on notifications. About a minute, with a picture for every step.

Why so many steps on an iPhone? Apple only lets notifications come from apps on the Home Screen. It takes about a minute, once.

Follow a place and tick the box

Open any place on Doolf and tap Follow. Tick Notify me on this phone, then tap Save. If Doolf asks you to sign in, it emails you a short code.

Do this first

Doolf needs to know which places may notify you. The next steps finish the setup on your phone.

You are probably still in Safari. Close it and open Doolf from the icon on your Home Screen, then tap Turn on notifications.

I tapped Don’t Allow

Open your phone’s Settings, find Doolf (or your browser) under Notifications and switch them on.

Nothing arrives

In Doolf, open Account, find This phone and tap Send me a test. It should arrive in a few seconds. If it does not, check that Notify me on this phone is ticked at the place.

You only hear from places you chose to follow, and only the way you chose. Each place has a weekly limit. Switch notifications off in Account, or stop following a place.
